A Raven Black 1965 Mustang coupe that has been restored and enhanced to show quality.  The finish has been recently professionally redone giving it a high gloss with out any blemishes.  Tasteful checkered flag graphics have been airbrushed down both sides that enhance the performance look of this Mustang.  The black interior is in exceptional condition and this includes the headliner, door panels, carpeting and seating surfaces.  This Mustang is powered by the original, believed to be a numbers matching, 289 c.i. Ford V8 engine that has been slightly modified with an electronic ignition, Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold, Edelbrock carburetor, tubular headers that flow through a complete dual exhaust system that exits through the rear in the correct GT position. The transmission is automatic and also believed to be a numbers matching Cruise-O-Matic.  Additional features include power steering, power brakes with the front being disc brakes, factory AM radio, tasteful real wood steering wheel, fully carpeted trunk and four classic chromed Crager S/S wheels with Performance Radial G/T tires mounted on them.

Totally restored including removing the stub frame from the body.  This 1967 Camaro convertible is finished in Butternut Yellow with a black convertible top and black interior.  It is powered by a enhanced 427 c.i. Chevrolet engine and is mated to a Turbo 400 automatic transmission.  The engine has 10.5 to one compression, complete MSD ignition system, Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold and Edelbrock carburetor and the entire power plant  has been recently totally rebuilt.   Further equipment includes power steering, power brakes with the front being disc brakes, full factory gauges, properly installed custom AM/FM Stereo radio with cassette and a factory rear spoiler.

This Camaro is believed to be a true RS/SS which was available in 1967.  Extensive nut and bolt restoration has been performed on this Camaro including new paint, all new interior, rebuilt mechanical components, new convertible top which fits perfectly, all new glass, new door sills and complete new rubber seals. Thousands of dollars have been spent on this restoration and nothing has been overlooked.  The body and finish were done to perfection showing no fish eyes, runs or ripples.  There is the bumble bee black striping on the front of the car as well as the blacked out grill and hidden headlights. 

1967 was the first year for the Chevrolet Camaro and GM's answer to the Ford Mustang.  1969 Camaro that has been extensively modified into a fully equipped Pro Street performance Car.  At the present time it is fully streetable but maintains the full Pro Street look and performance.  Powered by a 454 c.i. big block Chevrolet V8 engine that has been bored .060 over giving it 468 c.i. The engine is equipped with a Pete Jackson gear drive, CompCam flat tappet cam with 622 lift/286 duration,13:1 compression,  Holly 1050 cfm Dominator carburetor mounted on a Dart tunnel ram aluminum intake manifold, all BG fuel system with braided  lines including to and from the eight gallon fuel cell, ported and polished oval port heads, roller rockers and coated headers running into a full Flow Master exhaust system.  This engine is coupled to a Turbo 400 automatic transmission with cooler, a reverse manual valve body,  a 5500 stall converter, and be cool radiator.  It is also has a transbrake and a manual brake system with line lock. This Camaro is equipped with front disc and rear Wilwood Disc brakes.  The rear end is a 9" Ford unit with 4:10 gear ratio and Moser 35 spline axles with 5/8 inch studs.  The body and frame have been reinforced with Chassis Engineering components including full frame connectors.  The rear suspension is a chrome four link system. This Camaro has Mickey Thompson Sportsman Pro tires with the rear being 33x21.5x15 inch and the front being 3.5 x15 inch all mounted on polished Weld aluminum wheels.

The exterior has been refinished with a base coat clear coat paint system with lower contrasting graphics.  The body is in excellent condition showing no body waves, orange peeling or any surface defects. A fiberglass hood and trunk lid have bee utilized along with an aluminum rear wing, wheelie bars and a functional drag parachute.  The interior is refurbished with new carpeting, door panels, headliner and seats.  Fully operational and comprehensive set of gauges including an easily read five inch  tachometer specially designed for drag racing.  The special gated Winters shifter adequately handles the demands of quick gear changes.  A full roll cage has been mounted on the fully tubbed and narrowed chassis which includes steel wheel wells with aluminum interior tubs for show purposes.
