A rare opportunity to obtain a 1955 Chevrolet 210 two door post at a price much less than what these cars bring at auction. Finished in a two tone red and white on a fully restored body that is in show quality. Powered by 350 c.i. Vortec Chevrolet V8 engine that has been modified with a Edelbrock four barrel carburetor and a Delco HDI ignition system. The engine is coupled to a Turbo 350 automatic transmission that has a B & M Quick Shifter that is floor mounted. This Chevrolet features an AM/FM stereo radio with cassette, full instrumentation including a column mounted tachometer, new door sills, new rubber door seals and 15" Crager chrome traditional five spoke wheels.
This 1955 Chevrolet 210 has a great look with its traditional two tone paint scheme and the contrasting bright chrome and stainless trim. The interior has been redone in a custom tan cloth in a pattern similar to the original. The undercarriage has been cleaned and painted giving it a very presentable appearance. The glass is in good condition showing minimal wear. The trunk is solid as are all the flooring. Unbelievable meticulous restoration was performed on this attractive 1958 Chevrolet Del Ray two door sedan. Finished in Pastel Green Sea Mist and done to show car perfection. Driven approximately 1,000 miles since final assembly and has been shown in several important auto shows. It is powered by a 350 c.i. Chevrolet four bolt main V8 engine circa 1973. In addition 1968 Corvette heads were utilized. A four barrel carburetor is mounted on a Holly Dominator aluminum intake manifold. A rebuilt Turbo 350 automatic transmission has been utilized along with a custom aftermarket floor mounted shifter. The engine compartment has been brought up to show quality standards including a custom fabricated air cleaner and generous applications of chromed accessories. This outstanding custom Chevrolet has been equipped with power steering, power brakes with a front disc brake update, Sony AM/FM stereo radio with CD that is professionally mounted in the glove box and brand new General Exclaim 275x40 x18 on the rear 245x45x18 on the front radial tires mounted on four brand new attractive Boss Motor Sport polished and painted five spoke aluminum wheels.
This Chevrolet was restored for the owners personal use and he spared no expense. The body and paint is as good as it gets with no ripples, no orange peal, no fish eyes, actually no blemishes of any kind. The interior has been completely professionally redone including the headliner, carpeting, door and kick panels, all the seats have been reupholstered and there is all new carpeting with floor mats. The trunk has been finished in the same manor as the interior. High quality materials were used throughout and it shows. The chrome trim has either been replaced or rechromed to show quality. The stainless moldings have been professionally restored and given an unbelievable high luster. All the rubber seals have been replaced and all the glass has been replaced as well. An original owners manual is included along with many photographs of the restoration in progress and an envelope full of receipts. If you desire a show car that is fully streetable and needs absolutely nothing this Chevrolet may be the one.
